THE LOCATION
The Mozartkade is located in the shelter at the back of the Apollolaan. The Mozartkade is quite exclusive with only 18 houses with a view over the wide park and the Noorder Amstelkanaal. The quay is one-way with only local traffic. Mozartkade 13 is one of the best located houses on the quay, after the bend with a nice view. Stadionweg and Apollolaan are nearby, but you hardly notice the proximity of these streets.

NEN CLAUSE
The usable surface has been calculated in accordance with the industry standard NEN 2580. The surface area may therefore differ from comparable buildings and/or old references. This is mainly due to this (new) calculation method. The buyer declares that he has been sufficiently informed about the aforementioned standards.
