Determining property value
Following an initial meeting at your home, we will be well-equipped to determine the market value of your property. By combining our market knowledge and experience with a database of (recent) sales transactions in the neighbourhood, we are also able to advise you directly on the correct asking price. The asking price is decisive for the market reach and sales result.
Create sales file
Our experienced back-office team will support your estate agent in building your (digital) sales file (GDPR-compliant). It is important to know that, as a seller, you are obliged to inform the buyer about any defects and specific details of your house that you know or ought to know. To prevent disputes afterwards, we always advise: better too much information than too little.
Make ready for sale
When selling a property, it is important to present it as spacious, light, tidy, and as fresh as possible. Together with our photographer, we are happy to advise on the right balance between a pleasant and neutral atmosphere. We will also indicate if it is sensible to carry out small maintenance jobs. Potential buyers should be able to completely picture themselves living in your home.

Sales are starting! Viewings can be scheduled. A few good tips to get your home ready for a viewing are: clean your house, put a flower on the table, ensure a tidy entrance and decluttered rooms, and create plenty of natural light. We always advise not to be present yourself during the viewing. This way, a buyer feels free to look everywhere and share their opinion with us. After the viewing, we always evaluate together how it went.
Negotiate and close a deal
Our experienced estate agents are experts in selling property, and skilful negotiation is our daily bread and butter. We know what it takes to sell a home for the maximum purchase price, and we are always up to date with the rules and legislation. The agreements (meeting of minds) between parties are put in writing in a purchase agreement, which is drawn up by the notary. We check the documents and guide the signing.
Handover and key transfer
The moment has arrived! After signing the documents at the notary's office, the property has officially been transferred, and the keys can be handed over to the buyer. Prior to the notary visit, the buyer has the opportunity to inspect the property. Our estate agent will be present at the handover of the property and will record the meter readings for the utilities. Congratulations on the sale.
